  • Financial Data: Payment details, billing address, and transaction records related to the Service fee.

B. Sensitive Health & Medical Data

This data is required to complete government and civil processes on your behalf.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We share your data only as necessary to deliver the Services or as required by law.

  • Referred Professionals: We share relevant PII and general health requirement data with independent third-party partners, including medical professionals (Obstetrician, Pediatrician, etc.), hospitals, and real estate agents, to schedule and facilitate appointments and services.

  • Government Agencies: We share required PII and Official Documents with Brazilian government and consular offices (e.g., Federal Police, Cartórios) to process residency, citizenship, and identification applications on your behalf.

  • Service Providers: We share necessary data with third-party vendors who provide operational services (e.g., payment processors, secure document storage providers, certified translation services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

  • Legal Obligation: We will disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental request (e.g., to comply with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, or the Federative Republic of Brazil).

Specifically, government and residency-related documentation may be retained for the mandatory period required by the relevant authorities.
